A few meters down the street just in front of the Audi dealership, there is the newest restaurant of our list, Entre Fuegos an elite steakhouse. The first thing that you can see when entering Entre Fuegos, is the peculiar elegant and functional decoration and interior design, it could be described as a fusion of rupestrian, minimalist and sober styles taken to its most luxurious version.

They have a great cave of approximately 350 wine labels, as well as the great aging chamber of cuts of meat that is just to the side, both completely visible from any point of the restaurant. Once the impact of these details has passed, the attention falls on the kitchen, which is semi-open to the diner, so it is possible to see the chefs maneuvering with food.

There is a large salad bar to prepare them to taste, as well as a cocktail cart that runs through the restaurant to the taste of the diner. The good cuisine of Entre Fuegos is defined as international, specialized as its name suggests, in grilled dishes and cuts of meat that are of the best quality, recognized as Prime Sonora, Prime Select and Australian Wagyu type, in addition, the dry cuts in the chamber, for periods of between 21 and 28 days make the whole experience more gourmet.

They also offer really delicious desserts like the chocolate cake or the cornbread, which by the way are delicious. But they also have one of the best endings for dinner, your own little bonfire with marshmallows right on top of your table, kids and adults love it.

Let's move down to Parque Lincoln, imagine a cone-shaped rose with petals of chocolate, strawberry, and pistachio, and a macaroni on top. Amorino offers you an authentic Italian gelato, made from natural products, without artificial colors or aromas. The ingredients are selected from among the best denominations of origin and produced the traditional way.

The number of petals depends on your level of craving and can range from nine to 32 flavors in just one cone, the key for this unusual ice cream is to put the coldest and hardest flavors in the center of the rose and the softer ones in outside.

If you want something a little bit crazier or unique walk some meters to find Mr. Nice, the menu includes everything from traditional milk and chocolate ice creams to ice creams for eccentric tastes, vegans and even pets.

Among the favorite ice creams is Nutella, Gansito or cotton candy. If you want to stay fit, the flavors reduced in sugar are dark fudge, based on water, cocoa and agave honey, combine them for a delicious ice cream with a strong cocoa flavor, for chocolate lovers. The banana split contains no added sugar and is 100% vegan since it contains soy milk; another vegan choice is the red velvet, made with Dutch cocoa and soy milk. One of the most original ones is the olive oil ice cream, which contrary to what anyone would think, it does not leave a fatty taste in the mouth, is rather fresh and creamy, sweet more without losing the delicacy to the taste of olive oil.

They have specialties such as the famous ice cream taco, which looks like American tacos, it has three scoops of ice cream and the toppings you would like it to have. The nachos are served in a little tray with three medium ice cream balls, a topping, and a sauce. The toppings range from Lucky Charms and pretzels to gummies and caramel popcorn.

All these sounds crazy, right? So now you know 5 new places of Polanco. You can stick to tradition or go out and look for new experiences. It is your choice.
